Germany, Der Stahlhelm. A Rare 1920 Commemorative Service Badge, Large Version, by Der Stahlhof Archive Measuring 83x138mm(Der Stahlhelm Diensteintrittsabzeichen 1920, groe Ausfhrung). Instituted 13 November 1933 by Franz Seldte. (1933 1939 issue). Constructed of silver with enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled medallion, overlaid by a raised Stahlhelm insignia, situated above a silvered date of 1920 topped by oak leaves, the reverse with a crimped hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch emanating from a circular plate, engraved with
