Polished Lime Magnesite specimen. MAP203 Desert Sunset Measures approximately 225mm x 120mmMAP203. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Half of a complete nodule ! Dimensions at widest points approximately 120 mm x 120 mm x 60 mm thick. Weighs 1,232 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From Yerilla, north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
